This sheet most definitely iludes hit. There are some differees between the two, at least there were aouple weeks ago. The main one I remember is how Windfury is modeled, but Ian't remember whh sheet had it right.
I also always go with the adve from the spreadsheet. But I was doing a mental exeise, and as a result I am getting that haste is worth less than +hit. But the differee bomes smaller the more +hit one has. That is bause: 1% more hit is 1% of the total pote...

Hello all, I'm a lvl 34 Draenaei shaman, and I rently got Windfury weapon and the totem. I have a friend who is a 70 shaman and was listing the virtues of WF to me. But now that I've used it some, I'm not extly impressed. At first I was was using a 2h Axe, and it seemed as though Flurry was pr'ing a lot more than WF, even though WF has a 20% pr rate and myrit rating is 12ish. I swihed to meshield, and WF definitely pr'd more...
for this is when Im2009-05-05 00:00:00The only use I have found for this is when I'm taking really low level friends through their first instaes (R, SFK, , BFD, RFD). Similar to Hobbs (seah YouTube if you don't know what I mean), I gather up maybe a quarter of the mobs in these then, as most of those I level don't have AOE, I Hellfire the lot to death. Sometimes I overdo it and die, and the repair bills from sh a ttan be huge, but I get them to pay for it. :o)
