When they trip the trap there is less chance they are gonna hit you with one of their moves. <br />Keep them slowed and run circles around them. Close cut ones. Don't panic and run streight away from them. <br />Practice it in duels. Have a well geared warrior you know practice with you. <br />I don't have anything fancy like BW/tBW so I have to use a bit more tact when fighting them. When they and hamstring me the first thing I do is wingclip them then Scatter shot them.
